Join the Oshawa Museum and Women’s Herstory Connection, Durham Region to celebrate International Women’s Day with a special women’s history themed Tea and Talk. Our featured speaker will be Samantha George with Fighting Flu with Food, a fascinating look at how Canadian women became kitchen doctors to fight the influenza pandemic in 1918/1919. Test your knowledge of women’s history for a chance to win a prize in our trivia contest. Afterwards enjoy a tour of the Oshawa Museum and the Community Health in the 20th Century: An Oshawa Perspective

Tea & Talks are held on the last Sunday of the month.
