Hearing Help Classes 

Don't give up on your favourite activities because of your hearing loss!

These classes are designed to improve communication in everyday listening environments. You will develop coping skills that will enable you to deal successfully with the challenges of living with a hearing loss and meet others sharing similar experiences. 

Topics addressed include:

Hearing Aids and other assistive technology
Introduction to Speechreading/Lipreading
Communication Strategies
Assertiveness training and Stress Management

Registration:  $60  (family member or friend can attend free of charge)

Date: Classes run for 6 weeks, Wednesday mornings 10:00 - 12:00pm.  April 24 - May 29, 2019

Location:  The Canadian Hearing Society, 575 Thornton Rd. N. Oshawa (Braemor Plaza)
