Hike for Hospice Palliative Care is a unique national fundraising event held across Canada that brings together organizations working collectively in hospice palliative care to raise funds and awareness in their community!

Join us on May 5th at one of our two hike locations in Durham Region: The Whitby Waterfront Trail at Heydenshore Pavilion, or our Pickering Village, Ajax hite site at 20 Church Street, North.
