Join us on April 19, 2020 for the 10th annual Outrun CF 5K Walk/Run, at Carruthers Marsh Pavilion in Ajax.  The event began as a family effort to raise funds to fight cystic fibrosis and has grown substantially over the years with last year's event raising over $20,000 for CF research.  

Registration begins at 11 a.m.  The walk/run begins at 12 noon.

Online registration is open now at www.outruncf.ca.  The first 100 people to register online will receive a commemorative toque.
