Bibliotherapy is the act of reading and talking about books and stories to achieve a more positive sense of wellness.
Virtually drop in for a special bibliotherapy session! Connect with others and discuss how books and reading can help people feel better. A trained facilitator will lead the reading activities and group discussion. Share your thoughts in a small group; no preparation required.
