This is a community fundraiser for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation to raise money for life-saving equipment to combat COVID-19 at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Join us for a fun and relaxing LIVE and interactive two-hour fundraising event of guided yoga, meditation, and art therapy for all ages!

Suggested donation of $30 includes:

2-hour live session for all participants in your household

Entry into a raffle for prizes (one entry per household)

Tax receipt issued by the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation for donations over $20 (registered charitable number 13064 3620 RR0001)*

1:00 - 1:30: Yoga with Ellen Reesor of KIND Yoga By Heart

1:35 - 2:15: Meditation and Mindfulness with Romila Jeevithan of Inner View Yoga

2:20 - 3:00: Art Therapy with ChrisB Liu of The way we art



What You Need:
Comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely
A yoga mat or towel
A quiet space that is large enough for you to lie down on the floor and stretch out
Paper and a pencil or coloured pencils or crayons or pastels or markers
A table or hard surface on which to draw
Internet access and Zoom installed FREE on your phone, tablet or computer (please download Zoom before the session begins. We will send you a link 2 days before the event)

Where does the money go?
100% of funds raised with go to the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation to help purchase life-saving equipment and urgent needs to help Markham Stouffville Hospital combat COVID-19, including:

Nitrile protective gloves: $14 for 1 box/100
Vinyl protective gloves: $5.50 for 1 box/150
Ear loop masks: $10 for 1 box/50
Ear loop with visor masks: $16 for 1 box/25
Tie back masks: $13 for 1 box/50

Masks and gloves are needed to ensure the best protection from bacteria and viruses.
