Bibliotherapy is the act of reading and talking about books and stories to achieve a more positive sense of wellness. It is also a chance to connect with others, discuss how books can help make people feel better and share your thoughts in a small group. This program has the greatest benefit if you attend all programs. Please make sure you register for each date that you wish to attend. A trained external facilitator will lead reading activities followed by a guided group discussion. This program will be offered by the Literacy Network of Durham Region (LiNDR) and is funded by an Ontario Trillium Foundation grant.
