small town BIG is a multi-disciplinary arts festival with events organized by various presenters including Scugog Arts.

Our festival will be a combination of in-person, virtual, outdoor, and indoor events. small town Big is about creating one big festival by bringing together many different arts practitioners to showcase the vibrant art scene that Scugog has to offer.
