DESCRIPTION:This summer, Elexicon Energy and McDonald's® restaurants of Durham Regio
n are partnering with Grandview Kids to launch a new event called the GET A
CTIVE CHALLENGE. This fun and inclusive virtual initiative will bring our c
ommunity together to raise funds in support Grandview Kids.
Wil
l you take part? It’s easy to do and most importantly, will ensure that Gra
ndview can continue to support all the kids in Durham Region who need help.
There are currently 19,000 kids in need of Grandview’s therapy
and support, with 11,000 waiting for services. You can help get Grandview
kids into therapy faster by joining the GET ACTIVE CHALLENGE.
T
here are also incredible prizes and rewards to be won, including a McDonald
’s party for the top fundraising team, a $250 Visa Card for the top fundrai
ser, and McDonald’s coupons for those who reach certain fundraising totals.

Our Foundation’s fundraising revenue has been greatly impacted
by the necessary postponement of all of our events in 2020.
