Top Prize Karaoke Series is an Ontario-wide, 34-event karaoke singing competition which comes to Whisky John's at 834 King St. W. in Oshawa on July 19.  

$25 entry fee, $200 prize for first place and $75 for second place, and two contestants will go on to compete at the regional finals for a chance to advance to the finals, which could be worth up to $10,000.  Winners will be selected by a unique combination of a panel of three judges and audience voting.

In addition, if any contestant sings one of the two Secret Songs, they will win either the $50,000 prize, or the progressive jackpot prize which is based on the number of singers who have entered the competition.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Autism Ontario.
