The Wellness Recovery Action Plan®, or WRAP®, is a self-management tool grounded in the mental health concepts of hope, education, personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and support. This self-designed prevention and wellness process helps you address physical, mental health, and life issues, aiding you in getting well, staying well, and making your life the way you want it to be.
In this interactive workshop with Durham Mental Health Services, explore self-help tools including peer counselling, focusing exercises, relaxation, and stress reduction techniques. Also learn about available resources for keeping well and helping yourself feel better in difficult times.
