Join us on April 24, 2022 for the 12th annual virtual Outrun CF 5K Walk/Run.  The event began as a family effort to raise funds to fight cystic fibrosis and has grown substantially over the years, raising more than $140,000. 

This year’s event will be run in a hybrid format providing you with an option to attend in-person or virtually. 

Step 1 – Register Online 

Register online at https://changemakers.crowdchange.ca/2757. When you register you bring us one step closer to helping us fund research to improve access to life-changing and life-sustaining medicines, improve the quality of care and treatment experience for people living with cystic fibrosis, and advance research on priority health needs.  With your help, we are catching up to a cure!  Thank you!! 

Step 2 – Set up your personal fundraising page 

Post your personal fundraising page and send the link to friends and family AND/OR post the link on social media and use #outruncf #catchinguptoacure. 

Step 3 – Choose your challenge or join us in person 

Option 1 - Virtual

Choose to walk, bike, run OR choose another activity and complete your challenge on or before April 25th.  Send pictures of your challenge to This email address is being protected from spambots.
