Members of The Rotary Club of Oshawa – Parkwood are busy getting ready f or their First Annual Fall Fashion Show, “Runway for Rotary”. Rotary Club o f Oshawa-Parkwood Chair for the event, Rotary Club Director Janice Coupland , announced today that “Runway for Rotary” will be held at The Robert McLau ghlin Gallery, on Sunday afternoon, September 15 , 2019, from 1 to 4 PM. Th e Robert McLaughlin Gallery is located at 72 Queen Street, in downtown Osha wa.

The proceeds from this First Annual event will be used to s upport many community service projects of The Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwoo d such as: The Kids Safety Village of Durham Region, Lakeridge Health Oshaw a , the Colonel R.S. McLaughlin Regional Cancer Centre, Participation House (for mentally and physically challenged adults), Grandview Children's Cent re, Simcoe Hall Settlement House, Durham College's new Centre for Collabora tive Education , Ontario Tech University, various youth programs at Durham Region YMCA, the Eradication of Polio through Rotary International’s End Po lio Now Campaign, and assistance for students at Mary Street Community Scho ol, just to name a few.

The Runway Show will feature men’s and women’s fall apparel by Laura and Verona Suits.
