 n Together, we can support The Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre and our type

 by running, walking, cycling or working out while raising money for type 1.
 \n What activity do you like to do to stay healthy?  Whatever it is, let us
  know by starting the challenge with us. \n \n Join in the fun and Get Your

 r. \n \n Take up the challenge, share videos and pictures and keep us up-to

 admill or go for a run or walk outside.  Maybe you'd prefer to dance to you
